We are based in the heart of England near MELBOURNE Derbyshire just 3 miles from junction 24 of the M1 and 3 miles from the A42 close to Donington race circuit !!!!!
We have built pumps signed by Sir Stirling Moss , Nigel Mansell CBE,TV chef James Martin and Sir Jackie Stewart , we have also supplied pumps for leading companies including BP London , Welcome Break , American film companies , BBC , ITV , Quest and many more leading companies.
We were delighted to supply pumps for display in Bond Street London for Raplh Lauren and Belstaff two of the most famous brands in the capital.
Visiting some amazing houses and collections around the UK we meet some very interesting custormers all with a story to tell , but in our business we have to protect the privacy and for security the locations of such collections, we often spend time with " A " list customers who are only too pleased to show us around but on leaving we have to respect their privacy and maintain a working relationship and they are greatful knowing we will do just that. Often we put in our adverts that our reputation means a great deal , our discretion also means we maintain the trust of our clients.
Our vintage pumps and items have appeared at Chris Evans Car-Fest, London Classic Car Show press day, Goodwood Revival , BBC The One Show and on TV in Pawn Stars UK, Turbo Pickers ,Salvage Hunter with Drew Pritchard and "T", ITV Jekyll and Hyde and The London Classic Car Show. We have also taken part in a film shoot for an American show with Storage Hunter Jesse McClure called British Treasure American Gold , .We have also taken part in the popular BBC radio show with Mark Forrest, and featured several times on local BBC shows.In 2015 I joined Rareburg.com as an expert on their collectors site where I also wrote articles and also appeard on their TV channel along with Tracy Martin and Eric Knowles.
In December 2015 we published our first book " All things automobilia " with all profits going to charity .
Sherwood the hit TV series also used our props .
Christmas 2016 we appeared on Christmas day TV on a Quest production and on New Years Day 2018 one of our pumps appeared in a BBC production with Tom Courtenay an adaptation of a book written by David Walliams called " Grandpa's Great Escape "
In 2017 we supplied props for a new film being shot at Pinewood by " DISNEY " the famous film makers , it was a remake of the classic DUMBO film , we supplied over 40 props for the film . .
In 2018 I became a regular guest on BBC Radio Derby on the Andy Twigge show as a motoring guru ! and again on BBC radio on the Sally Pepper show .In 2020 I also took part in a show on BBC radio Northampton .
In September 2020 we supplied over eighty props for a TV production starring Jonny Vegas , we have also supplied item privately to Johnny.
In May 2021 we supplied props for "All Creatures Great & Small the TV series .
Christmas 2021 we supplied props for the famous SMEG store in Regent Street London for their window display .
2022 will see our props appear on a BBC production " SHERWOOD "
In 2023 we supplied props again for " All Creatures Great and Small " and also once again for Johnny Vegas " Glamping TV show from Melbourne Hall "and also the 2024 series.
I have taken part in TV productions for the History Channel , Quest and Channel Four , Salvage Hunter with Drew Pritchard and in 2014 I gave a talk on board the liner Queen Mary 2 on a cruise to Norway also on board giving a speech was Band Aid member Midge Ure. In March 2020 my second book was published " My World of Automobilia " and the foreword written by Nigel Mansell CBE former F1 World Champion .

As you see we are kept busy with wonderful projects and interesting people and now seventy one I have I no plans to call it a day , I enjoy my hobby too much , WELL now being a pensioner it must be an hobby !!!!! to be honest it has always been an hobby !

OUR NEW BOOK , " MY WAY " foreword by JOHNNY VEGAS is now on sale with profits going to the RNLI . Over the past few years my book has help raise over £9000 for various charities including RNLI , Air Ambulance and Sir Jackie Stewart's charity Race against Dementia.
